Return & Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

 

The customer will be entitled to a full refund in the event of the following:

  • The customer received a parcel with missing item(s), and faulty item(s).
  • Item (s) ordered are out of stock.
  • Item (s) requested to be exchanged is Out of Stock.

Please note that the refund process will take a maximum of 14 working days.

The refund will be processed according to the original payment method.

 

Bank account

When you pay with your bank account, we’ll transfer the refund to your bank account. Once issued, refunds usually take up to 5 business days to complete.
 

 

 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together, the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. WADI ADRA will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 7 days after the confirmation. Kindly take note of items that are ON SALE, Refund is NOT possible.
